针刀镜联合富血小板血浆治疗膝骨关节炎伴半月板损伤临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评估使用针刀镜联合富血小板血浆治疗膝骨关节炎伴半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法:试验组纳入33例,对照组纳入27例,试验组使用针刀镜与富血小板血浆结合治疗,对照组使用针刀镜与玻璃酸钠注射液结合治疗;记录治疗前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Lysholm评分及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平。结果:VAS评分、Lysholm评分、活动度、稳定性与治疗前对比两组治疗后都有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后3个月试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后7天试验组CRP水平相对于对照组的CRP水平上升幅度小(P<0.05);试验组有效率100%,对照组有效率88.89%,试验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀镜联合富血小板血浆治疗膝骨关节炎伴半月板损伤远期治疗效果优于针刀镜联合玻璃酸钠注射液。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of needle knife mirror combined with platelet rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with meniscus injury.Methods:Thirty three cases were included in the experimental group,and twenty-seven cases were included in the control group.The experimental group received a treatment combining needle knife endoscopy and PRP,whereas the control group received a treatment combining needle knife endoscopy and sodium hyaluronate injection.Record the visual analog scale(VAS)score,Lysholm score,and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment.Results:After undergoing treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in VAS score,Lysholm score,activity level,and stability compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,three months after treatment,the experimental group demonstrated superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group showed a significantly lower increase in CRP levels compared to the control group seven days after surgery(P<0.05).The experimental group had an effective rate of 100%,whereas the control group had an effective rate of 88.89%.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The long-term therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with PRP in the treatment of kneeoste oarthriti(KOA)with meniscus injury is better than that of acupotomy combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.
