孙奎主任医师基于三辨理论运用针刺联合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤

摘　　要：陈旧性踝关节扭伤是骨伤科常见疾病之一,但未形成标准的统一诊疗方案。孙奎主任医师运用三辨理论认识该病病因病机,联合针刺及自拟中药熏洗方治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤,治疗效果确切。结合临床治疗典型病例,分析、梳理和总结孙奎主任医师治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的学术经验,以期对临床治疗该病提供参考。Chronic ankle sprain is one of the common diseases in orthopedics,but there is no standardized and unified treatment protocol.Chief physician Sun Kui used the theory of three differentiations to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,combined with acupuncture and self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to treat chronic ankle sprain,and the treatment effect was definite.Combined with typical cases of clinical treatment,to analyze,sort out,and summarize the academic experience of chief physician Sun Kui in treating chronic ankle sprain,to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
