摘　　要：结直肠癌是转移率、复发率较高的恶性肿瘤,手术切除是主要治疗手段,术后常需多次化疗,但化疗后不良反应多,会加剧人体正气亏虚,影响生存质量,单纯现代医学治疗长期效果欠佳。中医药具有扶正祛邪、调节免疫、抗肿瘤的功能,且较化疗不良反应少,并可改善化疗后相关症状,弥补了单纯现代医学治疗的不足。肖天保教授辨证论治结直肠癌经验丰富,故整理其经验,附自拟攻毒抑癌方结合化疗治疗直肠癌术后肿瘤标志物异常1例,以供参考。Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor with a high metastasis and recurrence rate.Surgical resection is the main treatment method,and postoperative chemotherapy is often required.However,there are many adverse reactions after chemotherapy,which can exacerbate the deficiency of the body's qi and affect the quality of life.The long-term effect of modern medical alone is not ideal.Chinese medicine has the functions of nourishing the body,and eliminating evil,regulating the immune system,and anti-tumor effects.Compared with chemotherapy,it has fewer adverse reactions and can improve related symptoms after chemotherapy,making up for the shortcomings of simple modern medical treatment.Professor Xiao Tianbao has rich experience diagnosing and treating colorectal cancer based on syndrome differentiation.Therefore,he has compiled his experience and attached a case of abnormal tumor markers after rectal cancer surgery treated with a self-designed anti-toxicity and anti-cancer formula combined with chemotherapy for reference.
