摘　　要：介绍董克芳运用补肾活血法治疗膝骨关节炎肾虚血瘀证经验。膝骨关节炎中医学属“膝痹”,临床以肾虚血瘀证为多见。董教授认为膝痹即肝肾亏耗为本,寒湿风三邪、气滞血瘀痰凝为标。而肾虚血瘀证者,有“本虚以肾为主、标实以瘀为要”的特点。董克芳教授在临床诊疗膝痹肾虚血瘀证者时,坚持“以培补肾元为重,养肝疏肝为主,兼以健脾益气祛湿”,主张“有形之瘀必除,无形之瘀需祛”,临床疗效显著。并附典型病案1则,以资佐证。Introducing Dong Kefang's experience in using kidney tonifying and blood activating methods to treat knee osteoarthritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of“knee Bi”in traditional Chinese medicine.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are commonly seen in clinical practice.Professor Dong believes that“knee Bi”is mainly caused by liver and kidney deficiency,with the three evils of cold,dampness,wind,Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm coagulation as the standard.And those with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome have the characteristic of“kidney deficiency is the main cause of deficiency,and blood stasis is the main cause of deficiency”.Professor Dong Kefang often emphasized the cultivation of kidney tonifying elements,liver nourishing and liver soothing,while also strengthening the spleen,Qi,and eliminating dampness in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of“knee Bi”,kidney deficiency,and blood stasis syndrome.He advocates that“visible blood stasis must be eliminated,and invisible blood stasis must be eliminated”,and the clinical efficacy is outstanding.And attach one typical medical case as evidence.
