清补大肠独穴治疗脾虚型小儿泄泻作用机制探析

摘　　要：脾虚型小儿泄泻常由暴泻失治迁延而成,临床多见大便稀溏、色淡不臭,食后作泻,神疲倦怠为辨证要点。清补大肠独穴治疗脾虚型小儿泄泻是三字经流派小儿推拿的特色之一,具有疗效确切、无副作用、患儿依从性高等优点。随着非药物疗法的发展及其应用,可缓解小儿服药难等情况,有较高的临床应用价值。现对清补大肠独穴治疗脾虚型小儿泄泻中的作用机制进行探讨与归纳总结,以期为临床推广应用提供参考。Diarrhea in children with spleen deficiency is often a result of prolonged and untreated severe diarrhea.Clinically,the common presentation includes loose,pale stools that are neither foul-smelling nor odorless,with postprandial diarrhea and mental fatigue as the key diagnostic criteria.The treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children by clearing and tonifying the large intestine using a single acupoint is a distinctive feature of the Three-Character Classic school of pediatric tuina.It offers clear therapeutic effects,lacks side effects,and is highly compliant for children.With the development and application of non-pharmacological treatments,these techniques can alleviate the challenges of medication administration in children,offering significant clinical value.This article discusses and summarizes the mechanism of action underlying the Qingbu Large Intestine Single Point treatment for spleen deficiency diarrhea in children,aiming to inform its clinical promotion and application.
