从中医整体观探讨儿童增高的针灸治疗思路

摘　　要：儿童身高增长在全球范围备受关注。中医整体观认为人体五脏一体、形神一体,人与自然为统一的整体,四肢百骸、经络脏腑均密切相关,五脏之间关系密切。基于中医整体观,应用五输穴辨证选穴,探讨针刺对儿童增高的影响,为临床调理儿童身高提供新思路、新方法,并附医案二则加以佐证。The issue of children's height growth has garnered widespread attention globally.According to the holistic perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the five zang organs in the human body are interconnected and represent a combination of physical and spiritual aspects.Additionally,this view emphasizes the unity between humans and nature,with close relationships among limbs,meridians,and viscera.By applying syndrome differentiation based on these principles,selecting five-shu points can play an important role in promoting children's height growth,which can bring new thinking and new methods for clinically conditioning children's height growth.Two medical records are attached to prove this.
