基于数据挖掘的王兰英主任治疗肺癌组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:应用现代数据挖掘技术总结常用的抗癌中药药对配伍规律,为临床应用提供参考。方法:共筛选整理王兰英主任医师治疗肺癌的方剂13664例,应用Microsoft Excel 2023、R语言进行频数统计和Apriori关联规则分析。结果:13664例方剂中共涉及中药448味,统计出太子参、山慈姑、白花蛇舌草等高频药30味,挖掘出支持度0.1以上、置信度0.7以上、提升度1.0以上的关联规则1647条,对这些规则进行高频药相关性分类及可视化展示。进一步结合中药学四气五味理论、方剂学君臣佐使理论分析,发现王兰英主任医师抗肺癌常用药物较为集中,且多以固定药对的形式配伍使用,如石上柏-石见穿、白花蛇舌草-半枝莲等。方剂主要遵循扶正祛邪原理,以扶正固本为基础,热毒壅肺则清热解毒,痰湿内阻则化痰散结。结论:运用数据挖掘统计分析近3年王兰英主任医师治疗肺癌的组方规律,为中医临床治疗肺癌提供参考。Objective:To apply modern data mining technology to summarize the compatibility rules of commonly used anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine pairs to provide a reference for clinical application.Methods:A total of 13664 cases of prescriptions used by Chief Physician Wang Lanying to treat lung cancer were screened and sorted,and frequency statistics and Apriori association rule analysis were conducted using Microsoft Excel 2023 and R language.Results:13664 prescriptions involved 448 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and 30 flavors of high-frequency herbs such as Radix pseudostellariae,Sagittarius sagittata,and Hedyotis diffusa were counted.By Apriori Association Rules Analysis,1647 association rules with a support degree of more than 0.1,a confidence level of more than 0.7,and an improvement degree of more than 1 were discovered.These rules are classified and visually displayed based on the relevance of high-frequency drugs.Further combined with the theory of four qi and five flavors in traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of monarch,minister,assistant,and envoy in prescription,it was found that the commonly used drugs for anti-lung cancer by Chief Physician Wang Lanying were relatively concentrated,and most of them were used in the form of fixed drug pairs,such as Cyperus rotundus-Shijianchuan,Herba hedyotis diffusae-Scutellaria barbata,etc.The prescription mainly follows the principle of strengthening the body and eliminating evil,and is based on strengthening the body and consolidating the foundation.When heat and toxicity block the lungs,it clears away heat and detoxifies,and when phlegm and dampness block the body,it resolves phlegm and disperses the knots.To conduct a statistical analysis of Director Wang's lung cancer prescriptions in the past three years.It provided a theoretical basis for the compatibility and formulation of traditional Chinese medicines.Conclusion:Uses data to mine Director Wang Lanying's prescription rules for treating lung cancer,which can provide the corresponding refe
