基于数据挖掘探讨治疗阴虚火旺型快速性心律失常的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘探讨治疗阴虚火旺型快速性心律失常的用药规律,为临床处方提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊(VIP)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)等数据库中建库至2024年3月1日治疗阴虚火旺型快速性心律失常的文献,提取相关方药。使用Excel 2021对中药进行分类及频数统计分析,使用SPSS 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0等统计学软件对高频中药进行聚类分析、关联规则分析,最后使用Cytoscape 3.9.1软件构建药物关联网络图。结果:共筛选出有效文献101篇,用药以补虚药为主,代表药物有麦冬、炙甘草等;四气以寒性为主,五味以甘为主,归经以心、肺为主;高频药物聚类分析得到6个核心药组、关联规则分析得到13个药物组合;药物关联网络提示关联性最强的药物组合为麦冬-五味子。结论:阴虚火旺型快速性心律失常的临床治疗特点以滋阴为本,辅以清热、活血、安神。Objective:Based on data mining to explore the law of drug use of Yin deficiency and fire excess type tachyarrhythmia,to provide a reference for clinical drug use.Methods:By searching CNKI,VIP,and WANFANG DATA databases from March 1,2024,the literature on treating tachyarrhythmia of Yin deficiency and fire redundancy type were reviewed,the related prescriptions were extracted.Excel 2021 was used to classify and analyze the categories of traditional Chinese medicine,and SPSS 26.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software cluster analysis,association rule analysis,and finally use Cytoscape 3.9.1 software builds drug association network graph.Results:101 effective works of literature were screened out,the main drugs were tonic,and the representative drugs were Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,the four Qi were mainly cold,the five flavors were primarily sweet,and the meridians were mostly heart and lung,5 core drug groups were obtained by high frequency drug cluster analysis,and 13 drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,to discuss the relationship between the mechanism and the relationship between mechanism.The drug association network suggested that the drug combination with the strongest association was Radix Ophiopogonis-Radix rehmanniae.Conclusion:The clinical treatment of tachyarrhythmia of Yin deficiency and fire redundancy type is characterized by nourishing Yin,clearing heat and activating blood.
