清代医家雷大升生平与制药思想源流考

摘　　要：雷大升是吴门医派的代表人物,以府志、县志为基本线索,可追溯其行迹。雷大升对丸、散、胶、丹的炼制有浓厚兴趣,临床诊治理念受师门影响较深,遣方用药也多以叶桂为宗。雷大升创办“雷诵芬堂”,即当今的药企“雷允上”。从“雷允上”的发展历程,可以窥见中国的知识产权萌芽。雷大升著述不算丰富,大部分又亡佚于战火。从雷大升墓志铭可管窥世人对其评价:宅心仁厚,近民亲民;遇贫病患者常送诊送药;倾心以医药济世,注重总结临证经验;撰著医籍,敢为人先。雷大升不拘泥于一家之见,博众家之长,凡事亲力亲为,“雷诵芬堂”所制药剂填补了吴门医派中成药领域的空白,为吴门医派药学研究奠定了基础。Lei Dasheng was a representative figure of the Wumen medical school.By examining local chronicles and historical records,one could trace his activities.Lei Dasheng had a personal interest in formulating pills,powders,and medicinal pastes,and his clinical treatment philosophy was deeply influenced by his mentors,often relying on the use of leaf and cinnamon in his prescriptions.He founded“Leisongfentang”which became known as the pharmaceutical company“Leiyunshang”.The development of“Leiyunshang”reflected the nascent stages of intellectual property in China.Although Lei Dasheng's writings were not extensive and many had been lost to the ravages of war,his tomb inscription revealed public sentiments about him:he was known for his benevolence and approachability,often providing consultations and medicines to the impoverished and sick.He dedicated himself to using medicine for the benefit of society and emphasized the importance of summarizing clinical experiences.He authored medical texts and was willing to innovate.Lei Dasheng was not confined to a single viewpoint;he integrated diverse perspectives and took a hands-on approach.The formulations produced by“Leisongfentang”filled a significant gap in the field of proprietary medicines within the Wumen medical school,laying a foundation for the development of pharmacological research in this tradition.
