摘　　要：《集验背疽方》为中医外科学早期的一部重要专著,其书虽仅存一卷,但却是宋代以前外科成就的重要载体。从分期论治、遣药考究、重症有法三个方面剖析《集验背疽方》的诊疗特色,并探讨其与后世外科著作的源流关系。重视药材选备、善用香类药物是《集验背疽方》外科用药的重要特色,同时又特别重视背疽并发呕逆与渴疾等疑难重症的诊治方法。Ji Yan Bei Ju Fang is an important monograph in the early stage of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Although only one volume remains,it serves as an important carrier of surgical achievements prior to the Song Dynasty.The article analyzes the diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of this book from three aspects,phased treatment,meticulous medication,and effective treatment for severe cases,and explores its relationship with the origins of later surgical works.It is believed that emphasizing the selection of medicinal materials and making good use of aromatic drugs is an important feature of surgical medication in this book.At the same time,special attention is paid to the diagnosis and treatment of complications such as nausea,vomiting,and thirst caused by back gangrene.
