摘　　要：头痛是一种临床常见的神经系统疾病,中医药治疗头痛具有一定优势。陈士铎是明清时期著名医家,对头痛的病因病机以及治疗皆有其独到的见解,通过对陈士铎《辨证录》中的六则头痛医案进行深入剖析总结,发现其治疗特色可归纳为以虚实为本、以气血为纲、以五行生克为要。通过对陈士铎治疗头痛的思路进行总结,旨在为后世临证提供参考。Headache is a common neurological disorder in clinical practice,and traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating headaches.Chen Shiduo was a famous physician during the Ming and Qing dynasties,who had unique insights into the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of headaches.Through in-depth analysis and summary of the six headache medical cases in Chen Shiduo's Dialectical Record,it was found that their treatment characteristics can be summarized as based on deficiency and excess,centered on qi and blood,and focused on the five elements.By summarizing Chen Shiduo's approach to treating headaches,the aim is to provide reference for future clinical practice.
