摘　　要：玉簪花是一种蒙医常用药材,有较高的医疗价值,被广泛应用于蒙医药临床。具有清热、排毒、止咳、利咽喉等功效,用于肺热、咽喉肿痛、嘶哑、胸热、毒热等病证,是蒙医治疗呼吸道疾病的主要传统药物,临床疗效显著。通过整理归纳玉簪花蒙医、中医古籍文献资料,以及近年来国内外相关文献报道,结合炮制方法、化学成分、药理作用以及质量控制等研究内容进行综述,以期为玉簪花后续研究提供参考依据。The flowers of Hosta plantaginea are a commonly used medicinal herb in Mongolian medicine,with high medical value,and is widely used in clinical practice of Mongolian medicine.It has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,stopping cough,and benefiting the throat,and is used for diseases such as lung heat,sore throat,hoarseness,chest heat,and toxic heat.It is the main traditional medicine used in Mongolian medicine to treat respiratory tract diseases,with significant clinical efficacy.By organizing and summarizing literature on jade hairpin flowers,traditional Chinese medicine ancient books,and recent domestic and foreign literature reports,combined with research on processing methods,chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and quality control,this review aims to provide reference for subsequent research on jade hairpin flowers.
