摘　　要：腰椎侧前方融合术(OLIF)是一种新型脊柱手术术式,具有融合率高、重建效果好等优势,但是部分患者可能存在术后腰背痛等症状。根据近年来的文献报道,我国传统中医药对于术后疼痛有一定的治疗优势,逐渐得到临床认可。现通过对中医药治疗腰椎侧前方融合术后腰背痛的临床研究进展进行归纳、总结,期望能为腰椎侧前方融合术后疼痛治疗提供有效的中医药治疗方案及临床指导。The oblique lumber interbody fusion(OLIF)is a new type of spinal surgery with advantages such as high fusion rate and good reconstruction effect.However,some patients may experience postoperative symptoms such as lower back pain.According to recent literature reports,traditional Chinese medicine in China has certain therapeutic advantages for postoperative pain and has gradually gained clinical recognition.This article summarizes the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lower back pain after lumbar lateral anterior fusion surgery,hoping to provide effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment plans and clinical guidance for the treatment of pain after lumbar lateral anterior fusion surgery.
