摘　　要：综述牛大力的保健、药理及毒理作用,旨在探讨其在免疫调节、抗疲劳、治疗呼吸和血液系统疾病、护肝、抗炎以及抗抑郁等方面的应用及潜在机制。通过检索和分析关于牛大力的研究文献,总结其主要保健、药理及毒理作用,重点讨论其中黄酮类和多糖成分的功能,并分析相关实验和临床研究结果。牛大力中的黄酮类和多糖成分显著提高了机体免疫功能,表现出较强抗疲劳效果,并能通过多种途径镇咳平喘、降低血糖、保护肝脏、减轻炎症和抑郁症状等。具体表现为增强免疫细胞活性、提高抗病能力、延长耐力时间、抑制酶活性、减少炎症反应和改善情绪状态等。毒理学研究表明,牛大力在正常剂量下具有较高的安全性。牛大力作为一种药食同源植物,具有多种药理作用和较高的安全性,深入开发和应用前景广阔。未来研究应进一步解析其有效成分和药理机制,促进其在保健食品和中药临床领域的应用开发。To comprehensively assess the health-promoting,pharmacological,and toxicological effects of Millettia speciosa Champ.,with a particular focus on exploring its applications and underlying mechanisms in immune modulation,anti-fatigue,treatment of respiratory and hematological diseases,hepatoprotection,anti-inflammatory,and antidepressant activities.By doing so,we endeavor to shed light on the multifaceted therapeutic potential of this plant,fostering further research and potential clinical applications.By retrieving and analyzing recent research literature on Millettia speciosa Champ.,we summarize the health benefits,pharmacological and toxicological effects,emphasizing the functions of its flavonoid and polysaccharide components.The relevant experimental and clinical studies are also reviewed.The findings indicate that the flavonoids and polysaccharides in Millettia speciosa Champ.significantly enhance immune function,exhibit strong anti-fatigue effects,and through various pathways to suppress coughing and asthma,lowering blood glucose,protecting the liver and alleviate inflammation and depressive symptoms.Specifically,these effects are manifested in the enhancement of immune cell activity,increased disease resistance,prolonged endurance time,inhibited of enzyme activity,reduced inflammatory responses,and improved emotional states.Toxicological studies show that Millettia speciosa Champ.has high safety at normal doses.As a medicinal and edible plant,Millettia speciosa Champ.possesses a myriad of pharmacological effects and exhibits a high level of safety,presenting vast prospects for its in-depth development and application.Future research should further elucidate its active components and pharmacological mechanisms to promote its application in health food and traditional Chinese medicine clinical fields.
