摘  要:为了探究石灰石粉含量和温度变化对水泥水化产物的种类和生成量的影响,该文采用GEM-Selektor软件进行热力学模拟分析。模拟结果表明,石灰石粉的掺入,会产生新的水化产物。CaCO_(3)对水化产物钙矾石(AFt)、单硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)、半碳型水化碳铝酸钙(C4Ac0.5H12)、单碳型水化碳铝酸钙(C4AcH11)、方解石的生成量具有显著的影响,但对C-S-H、氢氧化钙的生成量影响较小。此外,温度增加一般不会导致产生新的水化产物,在一定温度范围内,温度增加对水化产物的生成量影响较小;但温度超过一定数值后,水化产物会分解,并且各水化产物的温度临界值存在区别。值得注意的是,高温(超过100℃)会导致大多数水化产物的分解,进而导致硬化基体的强度劣化。The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of limestone powder content and temperature change on the type and generation of cement hydration products.To achieve this,a thermodynamic simulation analysis was carried out in this paper using GEM-Selektor software.The simulation results indicate that the addition of limestone powder will result in the generation of new hydration products.CaCO_(3)has a significant impact on the formation of hydration products ettringite(AFt),monosulfoaluminate hydrate(AFm),hemicarboaluminate(C4Ac0.5H12),monocarboaluminate(C4AcH11)and calcite,but has little impact on the formation of C-S-H and calcium hydroxide.Furthermore,an increase in temperature does not typically result in the production of new hydration products.Within a certain temperature range,an increase in temperature has a minimal effect on the quantity of hydration products produced.However,above a certain threshold,the hydration products decompose,and the temperature threshold for each hydration product differs.It is worth noting that high temperatures(above 100℃)can cause the decomposition of most hydration products,which in turn leads to degradation of the strength of the hardened matrix.
