一种新型灸疗烟雾净化设备的开发及其性能分析

摘  要:艾灸作为一种传统的中医疗养手段,在各大医院、养生馆甚至居民自家都得到应用广泛,然而灸疗燃烧艾柱等产生的浓烈烟雾却是一个难以解决的问题,这类烟雾化学成分极其复杂,含有上百种化合物,其中许多诸如苯酚、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、多环芳烃、焦油等有毒有害物质。那么施灸过程中扩散出来的烟雾处理就显得尤为重要,在保证正常灸疗的前提下,针对扩散出来的烟雾开发出一套集成燃烧加热系统、反应系统、散热系统、进排气系统及控制系统的新型净化设备,通过物理吸附、燃烧化学反应、氧化还原催化反应的手段,将艾烟气体导入设备回型流动燃烧、高温催化处理并达到室内外排放标准,也解决为烟雾处理提供400℃以上高温环境的升温保温问题、高温排气降温到45℃以下的安全防烫问题,让设备同时满足排放环保需求及安全需求。该集成方案机械结构紧凑、设备小巧,可以拓展灵活应用于更广泛的领域,主要是针对有排放扩散有毒、有害气体的环境,都可以起到净化效果。As a traditional Chinese medicine recuperation method,moxibustion has been widely used in major hospitals,health centers and even residents'homes.However,the strong smoke produced by moxibustion burning mugwort pillars is a difficult problem.The chemical composition of this kind of smoke is extremely complex and contains hundreds of compounds,many of which are toxic and harmful substances such as phenol,nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,tar,etc.Then the treatment of the smoke that diffuses during the moxibustion process is particularly important.On the premise of ensuring normal moxibustion treatment,an integrated combustion heating system,reaction system,heat dissipation system,intake and exhaust system and control system have been developed for the diffused smoke.The new purification equipment of the system uses physical adsorption,combustion chemical reactions,and oxidation-reduction catalytic reactions to introduce mugwort gas into the equipment for recycled flow combustion,high-temperature catalytic treatment and meet indoor and outdoor emission standards.It also solves the problem of heating and insulation of a high temperature environment above 400℃for smoke treatment,and the safety and anti-scalding problem of cooling high-temperature exhaust to below 45℃,allowing the equipment to meet both emission environmental protection requirements and safety requirements.The integrated solution has a compact mechanical structure and small equipment,and can be expanded and flexibly applied to a wider range of fields,mainly aimed at environments where toxic and harmful gases are emitted and diffused,thereby achieving a purification effect.
