铁路货车始发列检智能RGV检车系统研究

摘  要:目前,铁路系统已经全面应用货车故障轨旁图像检测系统(TFDS)采集车辆底部和侧面图像。针对TFDS系统只能获取列车移动时图像而无法获取静止状态时图像的问题,以RGV移动机器人为载体,搭配移动Dalsa线阵工业相机实现图像采集;利用TCP/IP通信协议实现采集系统到服务端的图像传输。研究结果表明,RGV移动机器人能够搭载Dalsa相机以3 m/s的速度在特定轨道上稳定行走,Dalsa线阵工业相机能够稳定连续地采集照片;通过建立TCP连接,实现图像发送、接收和实时存储,保证图像按类归档。研究结果推进铁路货车始发列检由人检向智能检测的转变,为下一步人工智能自动识别铁路货车底盘故障缺陷积累图像数据。At present,the railway system has fully applied the Trouble of Moving Freight Car Detection System(TFDS)to collect vehicle bottom and side images.In view of the problem that the TFDS system can only obtain images when the train is moving but cannot obtain images when it is still,the RGV mobile robot is used as the carrier and combined with a mobile Dalsa linear array industrial camera to realize image acquisition;the TCP/IP communication protocol is used to realize image transmission from the acquisition system to the server.The research results show that the RGV mobile robot can carry a Dalsa camera and walk stably on a specific track at a speed of 3m/s,and the Dalsa linear array industrial camera can collect photos stably and continuously;by establishing a TCP connection,image transmission,reception and real-time storage are realized to ensure that images are archived according to categories.The research results have promoted the transformation from human inspection to intelligent inspection at the departure of railway freight cars,and accumulated image data for the next step of artificial intelligence to automatically identify railway freight car chassis faults and defects.
