摘　　要：灌区工程是农业和农村经济发展的重要基础设施,是我国农产品的重要生产基地,还担负着城乡生活、工业和生态环境供水的重要任务。同时大型灌区还是生态环境保护和建设美丽乡村、幸福家园的重要区域。该文结合新时期永幸河灌区现化代建设管理工作实情,通过与广大行业同仁分享探讨总结灌区建设管理工作经验做法,不断促进提升灌区工程管理水平。The irrigation area project is an important infrastructure for agricultural and rural economic development.It is an important production base for China's agricultural products.It is also responsible for the important task of water supply for urban and rural life,industry and ecological environment.At the same time,large-scale irrigation areas are also important areas for ecological and environmental protection and the construction of beautiful villages and happy homes.Based on the actual situation of modern and modern construction and management in Yongxinghe Irrigation District in the new era,this paper continuously promotes and improves the management level of irrigation district projects by sharing,discussing and summarizing the experience and practices of irrigation district construction and management with colleagues in the industry.
