摘　　要：某企业新建的催化裂化装置在正式开工前发现烟机入口2道蝶阀在安装后发生内漏,影响装置稳定和经济运行。该文对烟机入口蝶阀内漏原因进行分析并处理。Before the official start of a new catalytic cracking unit of a certain enterprise,it was discovered that the two butterfly valves at the inlet of the flue gas turbine had internal leakage after installation,which affected the stability and economic operation of the unit.The cause of internal leakage from the butterfly valves at the inlet of the flue gas turbine was analyzed and dealt with.
