面向多尺度俯仰角的高层玻璃幕墙悬轨技术研究

摘  要:面对时代审美对反重力、个性化的追求,现代建筑玻璃幕墙呈现出立面造型多变的趋势,常规玻璃幕墙施工工艺难以满足实际安装需求。通过对湖州CBD幕墙项目的研究分析,提出在屋面结构花架梁上搭设悬轨装置,实现吊篮篮筐根据楼层结构进出关系在水平前后方向的实时移动。框架式幕墙悬轨技术由工字钢受力系统、爬轨运行系统和载人载物系统组成,可直接在主体结构封顶后利用塔吊安装,满足复杂立面造型玻璃幕墙的高效安装,且在竣工前人工完成装配式拆卸,实现悬轨装置在同类型幕墙项目的重复使用。Faced with the aesthetic pursuit of anti-gravity and personalization of the times,modern architectural glass curtain walls show a trend of changing facade shapes,and conventional glass curtain wall construction techniques are difficult to meet the actual installation needs.Through the research and analysis of the Huzhou CBD curtain wall project,it is proposed to set up a hanging rail device on the roof structure flower frame beams to realize the real-time movement of the hanging basket and basket in the horizontal front and back directions according to the entry and exit relationship of the floor structure.The frame-type curtain wall suspension rail technology consists of an I-beam stress system,a climbing rail operation system and a manned and cargo system.It can be installed directly by using tower cranes after the main structure is capped,meeting the efficient installation of complex facade glass curtain walls,and is completed manually before completion,and the assembly disassembly is completed manually to realize the reuse of the suspension rail device in the same type of curtain wall projects.
