摘 要:在2022年臭氧(O_(3))污染频发期的5—8月,临汾市强化了焦化管控。为了解焦化管控对市区O_(3)和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的影响,对比了2021年5—8月(管控前)与2022年5—8月(管控后)O_(3)及其前体物VOCs的变化。结果表明:(1)2022年临汾市O_(3)年评价值为179μg/m^(3),较2021年下降9.1%。管控后VOCs为(54.69±24.94)μg/m^(3),较管控前下降14.0%;烷烃、烯烃、含氧挥发性有机物(OVOC)和卤代烃均下降,其中OVOC降幅最大为44.9%。(2)2022年焦化源和机动车排放是临汾市环境VOCs的主要贡献者,分别占27%和18%。(3)夜间焦化工业的排放是市区VOCs浓度在6:00—9:00出现高值的重要原因。管控后臭氧生成潜势较管控前下降了18.8%。(4)临汾市O_(3)生成对VOCs敏感,在2022年增强VOCs污染管控后对VOCs更敏感。未来逐步深入氮氧化物减排后,预计临汾市O_(3)敏感性会向过渡区转变。In the period of frequent ozone(O_(3))pollution from May to August 2022,Linfen City strengthened the control of coking industry.The changes in O_(3)and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during May-August 2021(pre-control)and May-August 2022(post-control)were compared to understand the impact of coking controls on the atmosphere.The results showed:(1)the annual assessed value of O_(3)in Linfen City in 2022 was 179μg/m^(3),a 9.1%decrease from 2021.Post-control,the average total VOCs concentration was(54.69±24.94)μg/m^(3),down 14.0%from pre-control levels.The alkanes,alkenes,oxygenated volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)and halogenated hydrocarbons were decreased,with OVOCs decreasing by the largest amount of 44.9%.(2)In 2022,coking and vehicle emissions were the main contributors to environmental VOCs in Linfen City,accounting for 27%and 18%respectively.(3)Emissions from the coking industry at night significantly contributed to high VOC concentrations in Linfen from 6:00 to 9:00.After control measures,the O_(3)formation potential decreased by 18.8%.(4)O_(3)formation in Linfen was sensitived to VOCs.Following enhanced VOC pollution control in 2022,this sensitivity increased.Future reductions in nitrogen oxides were expected to shift O_(3)sensitivity to the transition zone.
