摘  要:为改善餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵系统稳定性与产沼气效率,中节能(肥西)环保能源有限公司开发了水力疏解+除杂+高温蒸煮+三相分离集成预处理工艺,分离出的有机液相进入厌氧发酵系统,油脂外售,剩余的有机固相亟需找到合适的资源化途径。对有机固相进行全面分析,结果发现:有机固相含水率平均值为80.74%;干基中烧失量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、半纤维素、粗纤维、木质素、含盐量(以NaCl计)平均值分别为93.78%、34.11%(质量分数,下同)、19.74%、19.05%、5.26%、8.94%、2.57%,有机元素C、H、O、N、S平均值分别为47.11%、7.190%、27.33%、6.570%、0.530%,C/N为7.17,无机元素K、Ca、Na、Mg平均值分别为0.435%、0.155%、1.181%、0.082%。干基中Cr、As、Cd、Pb、Hg平均值分别为3.49、0.140、0.062、0.451、0.027 mg/kg,低于《饲料卫生标准》(GB 13078—2017)。该有机固相含盐量偏高,C/N偏低,不适合直接用于传统的厌氧发酵与好氧堆肥处理工艺,但其营养价值高、有害重金属低,无生物安全风险,具有高值饲料化应用的潜力。In order to improve the stability of the anaerobic fermentation system of kitchen waste and the efficiency of biogas production,China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group(CECEP)(Feixi)WTE Co.,Ltd.has developed an integrated pretreatment process of hydraulic disintegration+impurity removal+high-temperature cooking+three-phase separation.The separated organic liquid phase enters the anaerobic fermentation system and is sold as oil.The remaining organic solid phase urgently needs to find a suitable resource utilization pathway.Through the comprehensive analysis of the organic solid phase,it was found that the average moisture content of organic solid phase was 80.74%.Average values of loss on ignition,crude protein,crude fat,hemicellulose,crude cellulose,lignin and salt content(calculated as NaCl)in dry basis were 93.78%,34.11%(mass fraction,same below),19.74%,19.05%,5.26%,8.94%and 2.57%,respectively.Average values of organic elements C,H,O,N,and S in dry basis were 47.11%,7.190%,27.33%,6.570%,and 0.530%,with a C/N ratio of 7.17.Average values of inorganic elements K,Ca,Na and Mg in dry basis were 0.435%,0.155%,1.181%,0.082%.Average values of Cr,As,Cd,Pb,and Hg in dry basis were 3.49,0.140,0.062,0.451,and 0.027 mg/kg,respectively,which were lower than the“Hygienical standard for feeds”(GB 13078-2017).The organic solid phase had a high salt content and low C/N ratio,making it unsuitable for direct use in traditional anaerobic fermentation and aerobic composting processes.However,it had high nutritional value,low harmful heavy metals,and no biological safety risks,and had the potential for high-value feed application.
