不同碳氮比梯度下好氧颗粒污泥的启动特性研究

摘  要:高进水碳氮比的污水处理厂运行中易发生污泥膨胀,限制好氧颗粒污泥技术的应用。采用高径比约为8的序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR),进水选择人工合成废水,接种市政活性污泥,探究了SBR运行过程中颗粒污泥的污泥特性、胞外聚合物(EPS)含量及污染物降解规律。结果表明:颗粒污泥完全成熟后,COD、氨氮和总磷的平均去除率分别为88.63%、71.76%和77.17%;EPS呈现增加的趋势,最大值为223.12 mg/g,其中蛋白质/多糖(质量比)介于4.67~6.59;逐级降低碳氮比会改变EPS中C—H、C—O—C、C—O等官能团的峰型,促进颗粒污泥的形成。采用逐级调控碳氮比的运行策略,成功孕育出好氧颗粒污泥,这对颗粒污泥的启动具有借鉴价值。Wastewater treatment plants with high influent carbon to nitrogen ratios are prone to sludge expansion during operation,limiting the application of aerobic granular sludge technology.Using a sequencing batch reactor(SBR)with a height-to-diameter ratio of about 8,feeding synthetic wastewater and inoculating municipal activated sludge,the sludge characteristics,extracellular polymer(EPS)content,and the change rule of degraded pollutants of the granular sludge were investigated in the process of SBR operation.The results showed that:the average removal efficiencies of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 88.63%,71.76%and 77.17%,respectively,after the granular sludge were fully matured;the EPS content showed an increasing trend,with the maximum value of 223.12 mg/g,in which the protein/polysaccharide(mass ratio)ranged within 4.67-6.59;the reduction of the carbon to nitrogen ratio step by step changed the peak patterns of the EPS with C—H,C—O—C,C—O and other functional groups’peak patterns in EPS,which promoted the formation of granular sludge.The successful breeding of aerobic granular sludge by adopting the operation strategy of regulating the carbon to nitrogen ratio step by step was valuable for the initiation of granular sludge.
