摘 要:《大气污染防治行动计划》实施后,唐山市工业脱硝基本实现了超低排放,但仍存在氨逃逸问题。因此,对唐山市4个行业9家代表企业的氨排放浓度和氮氧化物排放浓度进行实地监测,并结合工况分析氨逃逸与氨投加量、生产行业、生产强度的关系。结果显示,有7家企业的氨排放浓度与氨投加量呈正相关关系,但在实际生产中会因催化剂失活、氨投加过量、生产状况变化、氨与氮氧化物未完全混合等原因而出现不同情况。水泥行业、焦化行业和钢铁行业采用轧钢工序的企业氨排放浓度较火电行业和钢铁行业采用烧结工序的企业更高。一般来说,生产强度越大,氨逃逸现象越明显,特别是对于水泥行业和焦化行业。因此,精细化管控脱硝工艺和工况条件是降低氨逃逸的重要解决思路,对大气污染防治具有重要意义。The ultra-low emission of denitrification in industries of Tangshan has yielded remarkable results since the implementation of the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution.However,the ammonia escape still exists.This study conducted field monitoring of nitrogen oxides emission concentrations and ammonia emission concentrations from 9 typical companies in 4 industries of Tangshan.Simultaneously,the correlations between ammonia escape and ammonia dosage,production industry and production intensity were analyzed in conjunction with data of working conditions.The study found a positive correlation between ammonia emission concentration and ammonia dosage in 7 companies.But in practice,the correlation varied due to catalyst deactivation,ammonia overdosage,production status change,and meromixis of ammonia and nitrogen oxides.Ammonia emission concentrations was higher in the cement industry,coking industry,and iron and steel companies with rolling mill than in the thermal power industry and iron and steel companies with sinter head.In general,there was a positive correlation between ammonia escape and production intensity,especially in the cement industry and coking industry.Therefore,meticulous control on denitrification process and working conditions offered a crucial solution to the reduction of ammonia emissions,making it particularly significant for air pollution control.
