摘　　要：试验旨在研究甘草提取物对哺乳犊牛生长性能、腹泻率及血液指标的影响。选取体重相近的2日龄健康母犊40头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头牛。对照组饲喂常乳,试验组在常乳中添加1 g/kg甘草提取物。试验期63 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,甘草提取物组1~21、22~42、43~63 d平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),22~42、43~63 d腹泻率和粪便评分显著降低(P<0.05);甘草提取物组第42 d血清总蛋白、第63 d血清球蛋白、第42、63 d血清葡萄糖、第63 d血清胆固醇、钙和磷含量,以及第21、42和63 d淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);甘草提取物组血清第21 d碱性磷酸酶、第63 d谷丙转氨酶活性和总胆红素含量,第21、42 d肌酐含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在常乳中添加甘草提取物能够提高犊牛的生长性能,降低腹泻率,促进蛋白质、葡萄糖、脂类和钙磷代谢,且对肝脏和肾脏具有一定的保护作用。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of licorice extract on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,and blood indexes of suckling calves.A total of 40 healthy female calves of similar body weight and two days old were randomly divided into two groups,with each group having five replicates and each replicate consisting of four calves.The control group was fed with regular milk,while the experimental group was fed with regular milk supplemented with 1 g/kg of licorice extract.The trial period lasted for 63 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the licorice extract group had significantly increased average daily weight gain during the periods of 1~21,22~42 and 43~63 days(P<0.05),and significantly reduced diarrhea rate and fecal score during the periods of 22~42 and 43~63 days(P<0.05).The serum total protein on the 42nd day,serum globulin on the 63rd day,serum glucose on the 42nd and 63rd days,serum cholesterol,calcium,and phosphorus content on the 63rd day,and amylase activity on the 21st,42nd,and 63rd days in the licorice extract group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase activity on the 21st day,serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity and total bilirubin content on the 63rd day,and creatinine content on the 21st and 42nd days were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of licorice extract to regular milk can improve the growth performance,reduce diarrhea rates,promote the metabolism of protein,glucose,lipids,and calcium-phosphorus,and has a certain protective effect on the liver and kidneys of calves.
