摘  要:试验旨在探究饲粮能量和蛋白水平对思南黄牛淘汰母牛生产性能、养分表观消化率及经济效益的影响。选取36头体况良好、体重(225±10) kg的思南黄牛淘汰母牛,随机分为3组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头牛。A组(低能低蛋白组)、B组(中能中蛋白组)、C组(高能高蛋白组)综合净能分别为5.85、6.50、7.15 MJ/kg,蛋白水平分别为12.11%、13.45%、14.80%。预试期14 d,正试验期90 d。结果显示,C组的平均日增重和平均日干物质采食量最高,A组的料重比显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。饲粮能量和蛋白水平对思南黄牛淘汰母牛的养分表观消化率、屠宰性能和肉品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。A组的利润显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮综合净能为5.85 MJ/kg、蛋白水平为12.11%时,思南黄牛淘汰母牛的生产性能和经济收益较好。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and economic benefit of eliminated female Sinan yellow cattle.Thirty-six healthy Sinan yellow cattle with body weight of(225±10)kg were randomly divided into three groups with 12 replicates per group and one cattle per replicate.The comprehensive net energy of group A(low energy and low protein group),group B(medium and medium protein group)and group C(high energy and high protein group)were 5.85,6.50 and 7.15 MJ/kg,respectively,and the protein levels were 12.11%,13.45%and 14.80%,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 14 days and the experimental period lasted for 90 days.The results that the average daily gain and average daily dry matter intake of group C were the highest,and the ratio of feed to gain of group A was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).Dietary energy and protein levels had no significant effects on nutrient apparent digestibility,slaughter performance,and meat quality of eliminated female Sinan yellow cattle(P>0.05).The profit of group A was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that the comprehensive net energy of the diet is 5.85 MJ/kg and the protein level is 12.11%,and the production performance and economic benefits of the eliminated female Sinan yellow cattle are better.
