摘  要:试验旨在研究莲心碱及其复方对肉鸡生长性能的影响。试验选取7日龄科宝肉鸡140只,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只鸡。对照组(MOCK组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中额外添加400 mg/kg胍基乙酸(GAA组)、40 mg/kg莲心碱(LIE组)、40 mg/kg莲心碱+200 mg/kg山楂(LIE-1组)、20 mg/kg莲心碱+100 mg/kg山楂(LIE-2组)、33 mg/kg胍基乙酸+100 mg/kg山楂(GAA-1组)、33 mg/kg甜菜碱+100 mg/kg山楂(BET组)。预试期7 d,正式试验期14 d。结果显示:与MOCK组相比,LIE组、LIE-1组和LIE-2组肉鸡的平均日增重、屠宰率和全净膛率均极显著增加(P<0.01),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01),LIE组和LIE-1组的腿肌率显著增加(P<0.05);LIE组、LIE-1组和LIE-2组血清白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著增加(P<0.01),LIE组和LIE-1组血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量均极显著增加(P<0.01),甘油三酯(TG)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);LIE组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量显著增加(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)含量极显著增加(P<0.01);LIE-1组血清HDL-C的含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。与MOCK组相比,LIE组、LIE-1组腿部肌肉肌原纤维之间的间隙紧凑,肌纤维排列有序,较为饱满。研究表明,在饲粮中添加40 mg/kg莲心碱、40 mg/kg莲心碱+200 mg/kg山楂均可以有效提高肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of liensinine and its compound on the growth performance of broilers.A total of 140 Cobb broilers at 7 days of age were randomly divided into seven groups,with four replicates per group and five broilers per replicate.The control group(MOCK group)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups received additional supplements in the basal diet:400 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid(GAA group),40 mg/kg liensinine(LIE group),40 mg/kg liensinine+200 mg/kg hawthorn(LIE-1 group),20 mg/kg liensinine+100 mg/kg hawthorn(LIE-2 group),33 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid+100 mg/kg hawthorn(GAA-1 group),and 33 mg/kg betaine+100 mg/kg hawthorn(BET group).The pre-test lasted for seven days and the experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed that compared to the MOCK group,the average daily weight gain,dressing percentage,and eviscerated yield of broilers in the LIE,LIE-1,and LIE-2 groups were extremely increased(P<0.01),and the feed conversion ratio was extremely decreased(P<0.01).The thigh muscle percentage in the LIE and LIE-1 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared to the MOCK group,the serum albumin(ALB)content in the LIE,LIE-1,and LIE-2 groups was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the serum glucose(GLU)content in the LIE and LIE-1 groups was extremely increased(P<0.01),while the triglyceride(TG)content was extremely decreased(P<0.01).The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)content in the LIE group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the total protein(TP)content was extremely increased(P<0.01),the serum HDL-C content in the LIE-1 group was extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared to the MOCK group,the space between the muscle fibers of the leg muscles of the LIE and LIE-1 groups was compact,and the muscle fibers were arranged in an orderly manner and relatively full.The study indicates that adding 40 mg/kg liensinine or 40 mg/kg liensinine+200 mg/kg hawthorn to the feed can effectively improve the growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers.
