摘 要:试验旨在研究苜蓿地放养条件下不同密度和补饲量对静原鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质及鸡蛋营养成分的影响。采用3×3双因素试验设计,选取280日龄、体重相近、健康的静原鸡1050只,设置放养密度分别为50(A_(1))、100(A_(2))、150只/300 m^(2)(A_(3)),补饲量分别为50%(B_(1))、70%(B_(2))、90%(B_(3)),每组3个重复,每个重复3个小区,对照组150只静原鸡为笼养。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,A_(1)B_(2)组的产蛋率和平均蛋重高于除对照组外的其他组,料蛋比最低,A_(1)B_(2)组鸡蛋的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽和蛋黄比率最高,蛋形指数和蛋黄重高于除对照组外的其他组,A_(1)B_(2)组鸡蛋的蛋白质、脂肪、灰分和磷脂含量最高,A_(1)B_(2)组的水分和胆固醇含量最低。研究表明,综合考虑产蛋性能、蛋品质和鸡蛋营养成分的结果,苜蓿地放养条件下适宜于蛋用静原鸡的放养密度为50只/300 m^(2)、补饲量为70%。The experiment aimed to study the effects of different density and feed supplement amounts on the laying performance,egg quality,and nutritional components of Jingyuan chickens under grazing in alfalfa fields.A 3×3 factorial experiment design was adopted,selecting 1050 healthy Jingyuan chickens of similar weight and 280 days old.The stocking densities were set at 50(A_(1)),100(A_(2)),and 150 chickens per 300 m^(2)(A_(3)).The supplementary feeding amounts were set at 50%(B_(1)),70%(B_(2)),and 90%(B_(3)),there were three replicates per group,with each replicate consisting of three small areas.And the control group consisted of 150 Jingyuan chickens raised in cages.The preliminary trial lasted for seven days,and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that the laying rate and average egg weight of the A_(1)B_(2) group were higher than those of the other groups except the control group,with the lowest feed-to-egg ratio.The eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,albumen height,Haugh units,yolk color,and yolk ratio of the eggs from the A_(1)B_(2) group were the highest,and the egg shape index and yolk weight were higher than those of the other groups except the control group.The protein,fat,ash,and lecithin content of the eggs from the A_(1)B_(2) group was the highest,while the moisture and cholesterol content was the lowest.The study indicates that considering the results of laying performance,egg quality,and egg nutritional components,the suitable stocking density Jingyuan chickens under grazing in alfalfa fields is 50 chickens per 300 m^(2)with a supplementary feeding amount of 70%.
