摘  要:试验旨在研究橘园生态养鹅模式对浙东白鹅生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选取200只21日龄的浙东白鹅,随机分为A组(舍饲组)和B组(放牧+补饲组),每组5个重复,每个重复20只鹅。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示,42~56日龄,B组鹅的体重显著低于A组(P<0.05),43~70日龄,B组的增重显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组鹅的胫围、胫长、胸肌率和腿肌率显著高于A组(P<0.05),腹脂率显著低于A组(P<0.05)。B组鹅血清中总胆固醇水平显著低于A组(P<0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白比值与免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著高于A组(P<0.05)。研究表明,橘园生态养鹅模式(放牧+补饲)可以获得和舍饲相当的生长性能,提高了屠宰性能、脂质代谢功能及免疫力。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of orange orchard goose grazing model on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and serum biochemical indexes of Zhedong white goose.The trial selected 200 Zhedong white geese at 21 days of age,randomly divided into Group A(housing group)and Group B(grazing+supplementary feeding group),with five replicates per group and 20 geese per replicate.The pre-test lasted for seven days and the formal test lasted for 42 days.The results showed that from 42 to 56 days of age,the body weight of geese in Group B was significantly lower than that in Group A(P<0.05),and from 43 to 70 days of age,the weight gain of Group B was significantly higher than that of Group A(P<0.05).The shank circumference,shank length,breast muscle ratio,and leg muscle ratio of geese in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A(P<0.05),while the abdominal fat ratio was significantly lower than that in Group A(P<0.05).The total cholesterol level in the serum of geese in Group B was significantly lower than those in Group A(P<0.05),and the albumin/globulin ratio and immunoglobulin M(IgM)level were significantly higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that the orange orchard goose grazing model(grazing+supplementary feeding)can achieve comparable growth performance to housing,while also improving slaughter performance,lipid metabolism function,and immunity.
