摘 要:试验旨在探究影响雪峰乌骨鸡绿壳蛋蛋壳绿色深浅程度的关键代谢物和代谢途径。试验通过连续记录100只鸡1个月内所产蛋的蛋壳颜色色度值(L*值和a*值),根据a*值选取浅绿壳蛋组(QL组)和深绿壳蛋组(SL组)各3只雪峰乌骨鸡采集蛋壳腺进行代谢组学分析。结果显示,与QL组相比,SL组共鉴定到10个上调和4个下调的代谢物,主要包括焦谷氨酸、己二酸、尿酸、鞣花酸、5-磷酸D-核酮糖、黄嘌呤核苷、十六烷二酸、尿嘧啶、亮氨酸磷脂酰胆碱、烯酰基磷脂酰胆碱、胆碱、嘌呤、溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺等代谢物,富集到了10条通路上,包括嘌呤代谢、谷胱甘肽代谢和核黄素代谢等。研究表明,蛋壳颜色变化可能受己二酸、5-磷酸D-核酮糖、亮氨酸磷脂酰胆碱、溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺及磷酸戊糖途径的影响,结果可为绿壳蛋的色素沉积提供理论基础,为后期绿壳蛋鸡的选育提供参考。The experiment aimed to investigate the key metabolites and metabolic pathways affecting the depth of green color in green eggshells of Xuefeng black-boned chicken.The experiment involved continuously recording the color hue values(L*and a*)of eggs laid by 100 chickens over a one-month period.Based on the a*values,three chickens with light green eggshells(QL group)and three with dark green eggshells(SL group)were selected to collect eggshell gland samples for metabolomic analysis.The results showed that compared to the QL group,the SL group had 10 upregulated and 4 downregulated metabolites,which mainly included pyroglutamic acid,adipic acid,uric acid,ellagic acid,D-ribulose 5-phosphate,guanine nucleoside,hexadecanedioic acid,uracil,leucine phosphatidylcholine,vinyl phosphatidylcholine,choline,purine,and lysophosphatidylethanolamine,among others.Ten pathways were enriched,including cpurine metabolism,glutathione metabolism,and riboflavin metabolism.The study suggests that changes in eggshell color may be influenced by adipic acid,D-ribulose 5-phosphate,leucine phosphatidylcholine,lysophosphatidylethanolamine,and the pentose phosphate pathway.The findings provide a theoretical basis for the pigment deposition in green eggshells and offer a reference for the subsequent breeding of green-shelled chickens.
