摘 要:试验旨在探究不同含水量对桂闽引象草青贮品质及体外消化率的影响。试验将粉碎后的桂闽引象草随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每份鲜重60 kg。对照组水分为71.4%,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组水分分别为45.0%、50.0%、55.0%和60.0%。室温青贮50 d。结果显示,除试验Ⅳ组外,其余各组在感官评价上均优于对照组;与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组的粗蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的钙含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组氯离子含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的乳酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组的淀粉含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),钾、丁酸和氨含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组体外干物质消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组产气值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组pH值显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,桂闽引象草青贮含水量为45.0%~55.0%时,可提高青贮品质,其中以50.0%的含水量效果最佳。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different moisture concentrations on the silage quality and the invitro digestibility of Guimin elephant grass silage.The ground Guimin elephant grass was randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates per group and each portion weighing 60 kg fresh weight.The control group had a moisture content of 71.4%,while the experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣhad moisture content of 45.0%,50.0%,55.0%,and 60%,respectively.The samples were silage at room temperature for 50 days.The results showed that except for groupⅣ,all other groups were superior to the control group in sensory evaluation.Compared to the control group,the crude protein content of groupⅡsignificantly increased(P<0.05),and the neutral detergent fiber content significantly decreased(P<0.05).The calcium content of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the chloride content of groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lactic acid content of groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The starch content of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the potassium,butyric acid,and ammonia concentrations were all significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The invitro dry matter digestibility of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the gas production of groupsⅡandⅣwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pH value of groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅢ(P<0.05).The study indicates that when the moisture content of Guimin elephant grass silage is between 45.0%and 55.0%,it can improve the quality of the silage,with the best effect at a moisture content of 50.0%.
