纤维增强SMA沥青混合料砂浆分布及全温域路用性能研究

摘  要:本文研究了高强改性沥青木质素纤维、高强改性沥青玄武岩纤维与SBS改性沥青木质素纤维三种沥青混合料的组合对SMA混合料体积参数、路用性能以及细观结构的影响;通过高温多序列加载蠕变试验、低温半圆弯曲试验及中温老化试验,分析了混合料在不同温度环境下的抗变形、抗裂和抗老化性能;并通过图像处理技术分析了不同混合料的砂浆厚度和分布均匀性。研究结果表明:高强改性沥青玄武岩纤维SMA混合料的高温抗变形能力和低温抗裂性能表现较为均衡,优于另外两种纤维增强SMA沥青混合料;玄武岩纤维SMA沥青混合料在利用较少沥青的情况下,表现出更均匀的砂浆细观分布特性,因而也具有良好的抗老化性能。This study investigated the effects of three asphalt mixtures—high-strength modified asphalt with lignin fibers,high-strength modified asphalt with basalt fibers,and SBS-modified asphalt with lignin fibers—on the volumetric parameters,road performance,and microstructure of SMA mixtures.Through high-temperature creep tests,low-temperature semi-circular bending tests,and medium-temperature aging tests,the deformation resistance,crack resistance,and aging resistance of the mixtures under different temperature conditions were analyzed.Additionally,image processing techniques were utilized to analyze the mortar thickness and dispersion uniformity of the different mixtures.The testing results indicate that the high-strength modified SMA asphalt mixture with basalt fiber demonstrates a balanced performance in terms of high-temperature deformation resistance and low-temperature cracking resistance,outperforming the other two fiber-reinforced SMA asphalt mixtures.The SMA asphalt mixture with basalt fiber exhibits a more uniform distribution of asphalt mortar while using less asphalt,contributing to its enhanced aging resistance.
