摘 要:铁路隧道内轮廓常规设计思路净空面积不能预先准确给定,在满足其他条件后的设计净空面积一般比最小净空面积大,存在一定优化空间;同时内轮廓涉及几何参数较多,迭代计算作图繁冗。以逆向设计为指导思想,提前给定最小净空面积,结合隧道内轮廓几何特征建立最小净空面积与内轮廓各参数之间的关联方程并进行求解;同时引入隧道建筑限界对隧道内轮廓的参数化控制计算方法,通过设计变量法,提出一套最小净空面积下铁路隧道内轮廓参数化设计方法。结果表明:参数化设计方法实现了在给定最小净空面积目标条件下的快速求解,得到了满足隧道建筑限界及最优限界条件下的设计结果,可大幅提高设计效率并有助于实际工程项目节省投资。The clearance area of railway tunnel inner contour in the conventional design method can′t be accurately given in advance.Typically,the designed clearance area is larger than the minimum clearance area,leaving room for optimization while satisfying other conditions.Additionally,the tunnel inner contour involves numerous geometric parameters,making iterative calculations and drawings cumbersome.Guided by the principle of reverse design,a minimum clearance area is given in advance,and a correlation equation is established between the minimum clearance area and various parameters of the tunnel inner contour.This equation is then solved.At the same time,the parametric control calculation method of the tunnel′s inner contour based on tunnel construction limits is introduced.Through the use of design variable methods,a parametric design approach is proposed for the railway tunnel′s inner contour with minimum clearance area.The results indicate that the parametric design method enables rapid solutions under the given minimum clearance area target conditions.The parametric design method obtains the design result under the condition of satisfying the tunnel construction limit and the optimal tunnel construction limit.This method can greatly improve design efficiency and can contribute to cost savings in actual engineering projects.
