摘 要:洛宁抽水蓄能电站为一等大型工程,其输水隧洞首次应用大坡度斜井TBM施工技术,施工场地相对封闭、坡度较大、空间狭小,运输物料重量大,常规物料运输设备难以满足大坡度上人员和物料运输的需求。为此,研究抽水蓄能电站配套物料运输系统,是该工程安全顺利实施的重要保障。针对大坡度斜井的特殊工况,采用了一系列的新技术解决施工难题:为减少斜井TBM始发洞的开挖量,创新性地采用了内置闸控永磁恒减速提升机;为保障大坡度施工过程中的运人及运物安全,开发了防坠辅绳自动刹车系统;采用钢丝绳实时在线检测系统,确保钢丝绳运行时的可靠性。该科研成果的成功实施,对国内的其他抽水蓄能电站斜井施工具有重大的借鉴意义。The Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station is a first class large scale project,and its water conveyance tunnel firstly use large inclination inclined shaft TBM construction technology,in which the construction site is relatively closed,with a large slope and narrow space,and the transportation materials is heavy,so the conventional construction machinery is difficult to satisfy the urgent needs of personnel and material transportation.Therefore,research on material transportation system for pumped storage power stations is an important guarantee for the safe and smooth implementation of the project.A series of new technologies have been adopted to solve the construction difficulties for the special working conditions of inclined shafts with large inclination angles.To reduce the excavation volume of TBM starting tunnels in inclined shafts,a built-in gate controlled permanent magnet constant deceleration elevator has been innovatively adopted.To ensure the safety of personnel and materials transportation during the large slope construction process,an automatic braking system for anti-fall auxiliary rope has been developed.A real-time online detection system has been adopted for wire rope to ensure their reliability during operation.The scientific research achievement has been successful implemented,which has significant reference significance for the inclined shaft construction of other pumped storage power stations in China.
