摘 要:紧邻铁路营运线施工受到很多条件限制,其施工方案与装备必须进行有针对性的研究。结合韩国平泽—五松铁路桥施工项目,针对其要求在夜间4 h内架桥机必须完成在桥梁的固定位置提梁、走行到待架桥跨、完成两榀并置箱梁架设、返回到提梁位置停靠的一个循环作业流程,提出了解决问题的思路与施工方案,并研制了YJ333提运架一体机。文中重点描述了该桥的施工方案和限时循环中几个关键工序的时间控制措施,并对一体机的整体结构、功能特点、整机横移装置、轮胎走行及重载支撑机构、主梁吊挂及横移机构和走行控制进行了详细介绍。本研究可对类似项目施工装备的设计选定与施工方案的制定具有一定的参考价值。The construction adjacent to the railway operating line is limited by many conditions,and its construction plan and equipment must be studied in a targeted manner.Combined with the construction project of Pingze-Wusong Railway Bridge in South Korea,aiming at the requirement that the bridge erecting machine must complete a cyclic operation process of lifting the beam at the fixed position of the bridge,running to the bridge span to be erected,completing the erection of two parallel box girders and returning to the position of the lifting beam within 4 hours at night,the idea and construction scheme to solve the problem are put forward,and the YJ333 lifting-transporting-erecting integrated machine is developed.This paper focuses on the construction scheme of the bridge and the time control measures of several key processes in the time-limited cycle,and introduces in detail the overall structure,functional characteristics,transverse movement device of the whole machine,tire running and heavy load support mechanism,main beam hanging and transverse movement mechanism and running control.This study has certain reference value for the design and selection of construction equipment and the formulation of construction plan for similar projects.
