摘 要:在临近港口深厚饱和软黏土的大型铁路集装箱场站地基处理中,其软土地基的稳定性和沉降控制是施工控制的难题。以宁波舟山港铁路穿山港车站深厚淤泥质地基处理为背景,设计采用了长板-短桩(塑料排水板+水泥搅拌桩)处理方案,通过工艺性试桩试验得出合适的施工参数,采用数值模拟、现场实测来分析地基处理后的沉降特性,并对工后沉降进行预测,结果表明:(1)采用长板-短桩技术对临港区深厚大面积淤泥质软土地基进行处理,是成功的;(2)采用长板-短桩处理后,复合地基的整体沉降较匀称,桩与排水板的协同承载能力较强;(3)处理后的复合地基工后沉降值为134.24 mm,满足规范和设计要求。The stability and settlement control of the soft soil foundation in the foundation treatment of a large railway container yard near a port with deep saturated soft clay are difficult construction control issues.Based on the treatment of the deep and muddy foundation of the Chuanshan Port Railway Station in Ningbo Zhoushan Port,a long plate short pile(plastic drainage plate+cement mixing pile)treatment scheme was designed.Suitable construction parameters were obtained through process pile testing,and numerical simulation and on-site measurement were used to analyze the settlement characteristics of the foundation after treatment,and the post construction settlement was predicted.The results show that:(1)the long plate short pile technology is successfully used to treat the deep and large-scale muddy soft soil foundation in the port area;(2)after adopting the long plate short pile treatment,the overall settlement of the composite foundation is relatively uniform,and the synergistic bearing capacity of the piles and drainage plates is strong;(3)the post construction settlement value of the processed composite foundation is 134.24 mm,which meets the specifications and design requirements.
