摘  要:针对复杂气候条件下悬浇拱桥施工中温度变化对索力的影响,提出基于精准张拉和温度实时补偿的控制技术。某特大桥主桥采用200 m净跨钢筋混凝土上承式箱形拱桥结构,位于深切峡谷地带,昼夜温差显著,极端情况下温差可达20℃以上,导致索力和应力分布出现显著波动。通过理论分析和有限元模拟探讨了温度变化对桥梁结构应力和索力的动态影响,发现温度波动引起的热应力和挠度变化尤以拱脚和中部区域最为显著,可能影响结构的稳定性。基于上述分析,本文提出了一套结合实时监测、智能反馈控制和温度补偿的索力精准控制系统。系统通过实时温度和索力数据,动态调节张拉力以抵消温度波动对索力的影响,确保结构在复杂气候下的稳定性和安全性。该系统具有较好的适应性和控制效果,为类似桥梁结构在复杂地形和气候条件下的施工与运营提供了有效的技术支持。This study focuses on the impact of temperature variations on cable forces in cantilever-constructed arch bridges under complex climatic conditions and proposes a control technology based on precise tensioning and real-time temperature compensation.The main span of the studied arch bridge is a 200-meter reinforced concrete box-arch structure,located in a deep canyon with significant diurnal temperature differences.In extreme cases,temperature variations can exceed 20℃,causing notable fluctuations in cable forces and stress distributions.Through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation,this paper investigates the dynamic impact of temperature changes on stress and cable force distributions within the bridge structure.The results show that thermal stress and deflection variations due to temperature changes are particularly pronounced at the arch foot and central sections,potentially affecting structural stability.Based on these findings,this paper proposes a precise cable force control system that integrates real-time monitoring,intelligent feedback control,and temperature compensation.The system dynamically adjusts tensioning forces using real-time temperature and cable force data to counteract the influence of temperature fluctuations,ensuring structural stability and safety under complex climatic conditions.This system demonstrates strong adaptability and control effectiveness,providing robust technical support for the construction and operation of similar bridge structures in challenging terrain and climatic environments.
