摘  要:双屿门通航孔桥为宁波舟山港六横公路大桥二期工程的控制性工程,采用双塔单跨吊悬索桥,缆跨布置为(600+1 768+645)m,设计标准为双向四车道一级公路,时速100 km。六横侧索塔基础在海陆交界岸边,施工难点多,如基础作业平台建造难、环保要求高、钻孔桩成孔难、钢护筒防腐涂层保护难等。针对施工难点采用如下关键技术:一是填筑混凝土平台技术,经原地面凿台阶、设锚桩等步骤形成混凝土浇筑的支撑结构,形成桩基础施工平台,避免外围水侵入,减小对海洋生态和地质环境影响,增强结构强度和稳定性;二是钻孔桩施工技术,采用旋挖钻清水钻孔并分六级成孔。该索塔桩基于2023年1月13日开钻,7月17日完成最后一根桩,历时185 d,为后续承台及塔柱施工奠定了基础。The Shuangyumen navigable bridge opening is a control project of the second phase of the Liuheng Highway Bridge of Ningbo Zhoushan Port.It adopts a two-tower single-span suspension bridge.The cable span layout is(600+1768+645)m.The design standard is a two-way four-lane first-class highway with a speed of 100 km/h.The foundation of the cable tower on the Liuheng side is at the shore where the sea and land meet.There are many construction difficulties,such as the difficulty in building the foundation operation platform,high environmental protection requirements,difficulty in forming holes for bored piles,and difficulty in protecting the anti-corrosion coating of steel casings.In response to these construction difficulties,the following key technologies are adopted.First,the technology of filling concrete platforms.Through steps such as chiseling steps on the original ground and setting anchor piles,a supporting structure for concrete pouring is formed to create a construction platform for pile foundations,avoiding the intrusion of peripheral water,reducing the impact on the marine ecology and geological environment,and enhancing the structural strength and stability.Second,the construction technology of bored piles.Rotary drilling with clear water is adopted and holes are formed in six stages.The pile foundation of this cable tower started drilling on January 13,2023,and completed the last pile on July 17.It took 185 days and laid a foundation for the subsequent construction of pile caps and tower columns.
