摘 要:早期建设的混凝土连续箱梁桥由于设计和材料的限制,难以满足现代交通需求,出现裂缝、预应力损失及跨中下挠,桥梁承载力下降等问题,影响桥梁的耐用性和行车舒适性。本文以富春江一桥的拆除为案例,探讨跨航道大跨度预应力连续箱梁桥的拆除方法。结果表明:拆除过程中采用对称倒拆法和静力切割+浮吊吊拆法,有效保证了施工安全性和精度控制,并显著缩短了施工周期,节约了成本。这不仅为类似桥梁的拆除提供了实践经验和技术参考,还为未来的大跨度桥梁拆除工程提供了有价值的技术指导。The early-constructed concrete continuous box girder bridges,constrained by design and material limitations,have struggled to meet modern transportation demands.Issues such as cracks,prestress loss,and mid-span deflection have emerged,compromising the durability and driving comfort of these bridges,and even potentially leading to a loss of load-bearing capacity.To address these issues,this paper takes the demolition of the Fuchun River Bridge as a case study to explore the demolition methods for large-span prestressed continuous box girder bridges across channels.The study indicates that employing symmetric reverse dismantling and static cutting combined with floating crane lifting methods effectively ensures the safety and precision of the construction process.Additionally,these methods significantly reduce the construction period and costs.This research not only provides practical experience and technical reference for the demolition of similar bridges,but also offers valuable technical guidance for future large-span bridge demolition projects.
