摘 要:为研究水域复杂环境条件下多跨连续柔性系杆拱桥安全拆除施工技术,以绍兴市鉴湖大桥(20+40+60+40+20)m水上单肋系杆拱桥拆除施工为背景,分析了该项目拱桥拆除施工的重难点,并从安全拆除施工工艺、关键技术、吊杆拆除顺序、不同拆除工况下的吊杆索力和支架力学行为以及主梁力学行为进行研究,结果表明:(1)采用热熔结合防弹索扣拆除高应力吊杆的方法是安全可靠的;(2)吊杆的不同拆除顺序对拆除支架结构应力、位移具有较大的变化和影响,由跨中向两侧对称拆除吊杆的方法最为合理;(3)多跨连续拱桥拆除时,结构体系转换较多,应充分考虑其力学影响,保证拆除的安全性。In order to study the safe demolition construction technology of a multi span continuous flexible tied arch bridge under complex water environmental conditions,taking the demolition construction of the Jianhu Bridge(20+40+60+40+20)m water single rib tied arch bridge in Shaoxing City as the background,the key and difficult points of the project′s arch bridge demolition construction were analyzed.The overall construction concept of demolition safety,key technologies,the order of suspension rod demolition,the mechanical behavior of suspension rod tension and support under different demolition conditions,and the mechanical behavior of the main beam were studied.The results show that:(1)the method of using hot melt combined with bulletproof cable buckle to remove high stress suspension rods is safe and reliable;(2)The different dismantling sequences of the suspension rods have significant changes and impacts on the stress and displacement of the dismantling support structure.The method of symmetrically dismantling the suspension rods from the mid span to both sides is the most reasonable;(3)when dismantling the support of a multi span continuous arch bridge,there are many structural system transformations,and its mechanical effects should be fully considered to ensure the safety of dismantling.
