摘 要:常规矩形顶管机破岩能力不超过5 MPa,顶管机穿越胶结砾岩层时,存在顶进困难,姿态难以控制,孤石进入土仓后出土困难,大块孤石卡住螺旋机等风险。基于济南轨道交通经七路西站附属过街通道项目,考虑工程安全、经济成本、工期等因素,分析了过街通道顶管施工技术,优选出适合本工程的最佳掘进方法。通过预破碎和膨润土消石灰混合浆液填充等措施,将胶结砾岩打碎,降低强度。通过优化洞内密封系统、配制膨润土触变泥浆、设计管节止退结构等顶进关键技术,实现了土压平衡矩形顶管机在胶结砾岩层中顶进施工,为该环境下矩形顶管施工提供了借鉴和参考。The rock breaking capacity of conventional rectangular pipe jacking machine is not more than 5 MPa.In the cemented conglomerate strata,the pipe jacking machine has difficulties in jacking,its attitude is difficult to control.It is difficult to excavate soil after the isolated stone entering the soil bin,and increasing the risk of the large isolated stone getting stuck in the screw.This study is based on the affiliated street crossing project of Jinan Metro Jingqiluxi Station to analyze the construction technology of crossing passage pipe jacking by considering the project safety,economic cost,construction period limit and other factors,and optimize the best construction method suitable for this project.The cemented conglomerate is broken up and its strength is reduced by pre-fracturing and filling with bentonite slaked lime mixed slurry.By optimizing the sealing system in the cave,preparing the bentonite thixotropic mud and designing the pipe joint stopping structure,the construction of the rectangular pipe jacking machine with soil pressure balance in the cemented conglomerate strata is realized,which provides a reference for the rectangular pipe jacking construction in this environment.
