摘  要:TBM刀盘开口率很小,当TBM刀盘被高强度浆液裹住后,常规的脱困方式难以将浆液清理干净。鉴于此问题,以枕峰山隧道TBM刀盘被裹为依托,研究了TBM刀盘被困清理技术。结合TBM刀盘结构形式以及浆液包裹区域,分别对刀盘内部、刀盘背面、刀盘外弧面与刀盘正面进行清理。为确保TBM脱困成功和满足工期节点,清理过程中,在盾尾处割开临空面,采用大型水磨钻取孔+劈裂机预裂的方式,开挖出一条直达刀盘下方的通道,再用同样的方式,由刀盘正下方向两侧扩挖,将刀盘边缘的灌浆料清理。该方式的研究与应用,降低了狭小密闭空间高强度灌浆料破除清理难度,加快了TBM刀盘脱困的进度,节约了施工时间,降低了施工成本。Cutter aperture opening ratio of TBM is very small,when the TBM cutterhead is wrapped in high strength slurry,the conventional cleaning method is difficult to clean up the slurry.In view of this problem,based on the phenomenon of TBM cutter head trapped in the Pillow Peak Mountain Tunnel,the cleaning technology of TBM cutter jamming was studied.According to the structure of TBM cutter head and the area covered by the grout,the inside of the cutter head,the back of the cutter head,the outer arc of the cutter head and the front of the cutter head were cleaned respectively.In order to ensure the TBM cutter mud cleaning success and meet the schedule node,during the process of cleaning,a working surface was cut at the tail of the shield,and a channel directly under the cutter head was excavated by means of large water grinder drilling holes and splitting machine presplitting.Then,the grouting material on the edge of the cutter head was cleaned by expanding the hole directly under the cutter head to both sides in the same way.The research and application of the cleaning method can reduce the difficulty of cleaning the high-strength grouting material in the narrow and confined space,accelerate the progress of TBM cutterhead disengagement,save the construction time and reduce the construction cost.
