摘 要:渣土改良系统为盾构机重要系统之一,特别是对盾构机能否正常掘进起着至关重要的作用。然而,由于地下工程地质情况复杂多变,且砂卵石地层质地坚硬,在盾构掘进过程中渣土改良系统易造成磨损甚至损坏,若不及时进行修复及加固,势必严重影响盾构施工的效率。本文依托成都轨道交通17号线二期三工区项目盾构掘进施工,针对不同磨损程度,采用仓外保守处置以及带压处置两种修复处置方案,能够精准、及时完成管路断裂、中心回转体故障、泡沫出口堵塞的针对性修复,形成了一套成熟且可推广应用的修复技术,为盾构机的持续作业提供有效保障。The soil improvement system is one of the important systems of shield tunneling machines,especially playing a crucial role in whether the shield tunneling machine can excavate normally.However,due to the complex and unpredictable geological conditions of underground engineering,as well as the hard texture of sand and gravel formations,the soil improvement system during shield tunneling is prone to wear and even damage.If not repaired and reinforced in a timely manner,it will inevitably seriously affect the efficiency of shield tunneling construction.Based on the shield tunneling construction of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 17 PhaseⅡWork AreaⅢProject,this paper adopts two repair and disposal schemes,namely,conservative disposal outside the warehouse and disposal under pressure,according to different wear levels,which can accurately and timely complete the targeted repair of pipeline fracture,central swivel failure,and foam outlet blockage,forming a set of mature and promotable repair technology,providing effective guarantee for the continuous operation of the shield machine.
