摘  要:太原地铁1号线一期工程武宿机场站B号出入口工程采用矩形顶管施工,该大断面矩形通道周边环境复杂、施工难度较大,对顶管设备选型、土压力、测量及纠偏、各项技术参数控制等要求较高,一旦施工控制不当,将对武宿机场交通及安全造成严重影响。本文结合实际案例,探讨了复杂环境下大断面矩形顶管施工技术研究,首先介绍了工程概况、工程地质条件和场地周边环境,随之分析了该工程的施工难点及应对措施,最后从机械设备选型、主要参数控制和监测控制三方面分析了主要技术控制指标,并以此研究出一套成熟可靠的矩形顶管施工技术,按期完成了施工任务,且成型顶管的线型平顺、无渗漏、轴线满足设计要求,工程品质优良。The B entrance and exit project of Wusu Airport Station in the first phase of Taiyuan Metro Line 1 adopts rectangular pipe jacking construction.The surrounding environment of the large section rectangular pipe is complex and the construction is difficult.It has high requirements for pipe jacking equipment selection,soil pressure,measurement and correction,and control of various technical parameters.Once the construction control is improper,it will have a serious impact on the traffic and safety of Wusu Airport.This article combines practical cases to explore the research on the construction technology of large section rectangular pipe jacking in complex environments.Firstly,the project overview,engineering geological conditions,and surrounding environment of the site are introduced.Then,the construction difficulties and countermeasures of the project are analyzed.Finally,the main technical control indicators are analyzed from three aspects:mechanical equipment selection,main parameter control,and monitoring control.Based on this,a mature and reliable rectangular pipe jacking construction technology is developed,and the construction task is completed on schedule.The line shape of the formed pipe jacking is smooth,leak free,and the axis meets the design requirements.The project quality is excellent.
