摘 要:城市轨道交通作为城市发展的一张名片,经过多年的快速发展,现如今已逐步转入运营维护和大修改造周期。特别是在起步较早的北京、上海等城市,已有不少线路进入或即将进入大修改造阶段。目前,行业上针对刚性接触网改造施工主要依赖于人海战术,缺乏有效的技术手段。本文从依托承建的上海8号线接触网改造项目,开展刚性接触网改造施工技术研究,基于研发的刚性接触网汇流排辅助更换装置,优化刚性接触网改造施工流程。相较于传统施工方式,大幅提高了施工效率,实现了工期和成本的双节约。As a business card of urban development,urban rail transit has gradually entered the cycle of operation,maintenance,and major renovation after years of rapid development.Especially in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai that started earlier,many lines have entered or are about to enter the stage of major repairs and renovations.At present,the construction of rigid overhead contact system renovation in the industry mainly relies on human wave tactics and lacks effective technical means.This article conducts research on the construction technology of rigid overhead contact system renovation based on the Shanghai Metro Line 8 overhead contact system renovation project.Based on the development of auxiliary replacement devices for rigid overhead contact system busbars,the construction process of rigid overhead contact system renovation is optimized.Compared to traditional construction methods,it significantly improves construction efficiency and achieves a dual savings in both project duration and cost.
