摘 要:钢结构体系中树状空间管桁架结构因其具有合理的传力路径,承载力高,支撑覆盖范围广,可以利用较小的杆件形成较大的空间,具有轻巧、刚性好、抗震性能强等特点,但其传力体系复杂,制作与施工安装难度大。为有效加快屋盖钢结构施工进度和保证安装精度,以汕头站大跨度组合式管桁架屋盖施工为例,对其施工关键技术进行研究。分析了树状空间管桁架结构特点和工艺要求,阐述了施工过程采用提升吊装、小单元拼装、组合吊装、BIM辅助施工等关键技术,最终实现了超大跨度、超大重量钢结构在有限空间场地内的整体安装,为此类大跨度树状空间管桁架钢结构安装提供有益借鉴。The tree-shaped space pipe truss structure in steel structure system can form a large space by using small rods because of its reasonable force transmission path,high bearing capacity and wide support coverage.It has the characteristics of light weight,good rigidity and strong seismic performance,but its force transmission system is complicated,and it is difficult to make and install.In order to effectively accelerate the construction progress of steel roof structure and ensure the installation accuracy,the construction key technologies of large-span combined pipe truss roof construction in Shantou Station are studied.The characteristics and process requirements of tree-shaped space pipe truss structure are analyzed,and the key technologies adopted in the construction process such as lifting,small unit assembly,combined lifting and BIM assisted construction are described in detail.Finally,the whole installation of ultra-large span and ultra-large weight steel structure in a limited space site is realized,which provides beneficial reference for the installation of such large-span tree-shaped space pipe truss steel structure.
