摘　　要：基于铁伊铁路客站装配式混凝土雨棚技术的应用,对该技术在项目实施中进行深入研究,综合考虑项目地域特性、气候特点和整体施工部署,在预制场区、运输道路、吊装区域、吊装方案等全过程进行了周密策划,提出了适宜东北寒冷区域装配式雨棚施工组织管理方法,实现了从前端设计、预制加工、运架施工等全体系作业示范。总结了铁路站房装配式混凝土雨棚建造过程管理重点,提出了雨棚建设质量控制措施和建议,研发了配套生产和运架设备工装等,对工程品质和风险控制起到良好促进作用,提高了建造效率和降低了后期维养成本,推动了精品站房建设目标和该技术的推广应用。Based on the technology application for prefabricated concrete canopies in Tieli-Yichun High-speed Railway Passenger Station,a systematic research of the technology during the project implementation was carried out.Through synthetically consideration among the regionalization,climate,and overall construction deployment,detailed strategies were developed for the entire construction process,including prefabrication sites,transport routes,lifting areas and lifting plans,and then a suitable construction management method for assembling canopies was proposed in the cold regions of northeast China,and it was applied to using in the complete system from design and prefabrication to transportation and construction.At last,the key management aspects for building prefabricated concrete canopies were summarized,the quality control measures and suggestions were proposed.The supporting production and transportation equipment was also developed.It plays a good role in promoting engineering quality and risk control,improves construction efficiency and reduces later maintenance costs,and promotes the construction goal of high-quality stations and the promotion and application of this technology.
