摘  要:针对现代电子战接收机对大带宽同时到达信号的侦察需求,文章结合模拟信道化和数字信道化,设计了一种宽带信道化接收机。其中,模拟电路采用多路超外差变频通道将毫米波信号变频至数字中频频段,数字电路将多通道ADC采样、多相滤波、数字检波测频等功能集成在一片RFSoC器件中,实现数字信道化。该信道化接收机具有灵敏度高、瞬时带宽大、能处理同时到达信号等特点。Aiming at the reconnaissance requirement of modern electronic warfare receiver to simultaneous signals with large bandwidth,this paper designs a broadband channelized receiver by combining analog channelization and digital channelization.Among them,the analog circuit uses multi-channel superheterodyne frequency conversion channel to convert the millimeter signal to the digital intermediate frequency band.The digital circuit integrates the functions of multi-channel ADC sampling,polyphasefiltering,digital wave detection and frequency measurement into one RFSoC device,so as to realize the digital channelization.The channelized receiver has the characteristics of high sensitivity,large instantaneous bandwidth and the ability of processing simultaneous signals.
