摘 要:特高压工程主设备安装具有工艺标准要求高、安装任务重、参与厂家多等特点,在安装作业工序交接时,存在上道工序作业质量核验复杂、质量控制依赖安装人员素质、安装过程质量追溯不便,以及安装单位、监理、业主等单位安装信息共享困难等问题。为进一步提升特高压工程主设备安装管控水平,推动主设备安装管控的智能化与精细化,文章提出了一种特高压工程主设备智慧安装平台建设思路,并研究了平台的设计和实现方案,该平台已应用到某特高压变电站项目中,实践表明,智慧安装平台的建设,推动了特高压工程主设备安装质量精细化管理,提升了工程建设效能。High process standards required,large installation tasks,and a large number of participating manufacturers are characteristics of the main equipment installation of UHV projects.There are existing a number of problems,including intricate quality verification of the preceding process operation,quality control that depends on the caliber of the installation personnel,inconvenience in tracking down the quality of the installation process,and difficulties in exchanging installation information between installation units,supervisors,and owners.In order to further enhance the installation and control level of UHV project main equipment and facilitate the intelligent and refined installation and control of the main equipment,this paper proposes a construction idea of an intelligent installation platform for the UHV project main equipment and studies the design and implementation scheme of the platform.The platform has been utilized in one UHV substation project.The practice suggests that the construction of the intelligent installation platform has promoted refined management of installation quality for the UHV project main equipment and enhanced the efficiency of project construction.
