摘　　要：铁路行业具有技术密集、专业性强等特点,铁路员工需要掌握丰富的专业知识及技能。然而传统的培训方式往往存在着系统性缺乏以及碎片化等问题,导致学习效果不佳。文章基于本体理论,通过确定本体专业领域范畴、确定铁路知识概念、定义类的属性和关系、构建实体、创建实例、本体可视化等方法,研究提出了铁路培训知识地图模型及可视化展示模型,并从智能学习、职工画像、培训规划三个方面提出了知识地图信息系统与职工培训系统相结合的应用场景,为铁路企业解决培训内容体系化和精准化程度较低、培训效果难以评估等技术问题提供解决思路,从而提高铁路企业培训管理的效率,保证培训质量。The railway industry is characterized by intensive technology and strong professionalism.Railway employees need to master rich professional knowledge and skills.However,traditional training methods often have problems such as lack of systematicness and fragmentation,resulting in poor learning results.Based on ontology theory,the paper studies and puts forward the knowledge map model and visual display model of railway training,through the methods of determining the scope of the ontology professionalfield,determining the concept of railway knowledge,defining the attributes and relationships of the class,building entities,creating instances,visualizing the ontology,and so on.It puts forward the application scenarios of the combination of knowledge map information system and stafftraining system from three aspects of intelligent learning,staffportrait,and training planning.And it provides solutions for railway enterprises to solve technical problems such as low degree of systematics and precision of training content,and difficulty in evaluating training effects,so as to improve the efficiency of railway enterprise training management and ensure the quality of training.
